OFFICE EXPANSION & REMODEL

SÉURA
GREEN BAY, WI
Completed 2017
10,825 SF

Located on Green Bay’s east-side, Séura develops and manufactures innovative TV/mirror solutions for both indoor and outdoor spaces. This award-winning company wanted to elevate their existing office space to reflect their innovative contemporary spirit, while conveying a sense of harmony between design and technology throughout the new spaces.

Building structure and ducts are left partially exposed for a modern industrial look, in keeping with the facility’s use. Partial ceiling clouds are located away from large, south-facing windows to maximize available daylight. The break room was outfitted with durable materials, and generously sized so that it could also serve as a space for social gatherings. A glass garage door (a nod to the company’s roots as a start-up in a garage) adds vibrancy to the industrial atmosphere of the space, and opens to the manufacturing area to allow all-company meetings.

Corporate identity is boosted in all departments through the use of a branded color pallet featuring accents of red. The remodeled facility includes an additional 20 open office workstations and 5 private offices, along with expanded engineering workspaces and testing areas. Shared areas include a large group training space to accommodate 65 people, several collaborative work areas, and a custom showroom. Throughout the remodeled spaces environmental graphics are utilized to create a fun and inviting environment, while reinforcing the feel of a modern technology company.
